The waitlist form is provided by Tally BV, Belgium (Tally privacy policy). It only loads when you click “Join the waitlist”. We collect your e-mail address and, if you choose to answer, your reply to the optional question.
We use your e-mail address only to tell you when the app launches and, occasionally, to ask for your feedback on it. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We delete your data when you ask us to, when you unsubscribe, or when the project is discontinued. To be removed, just e-mail us.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that has legal effects on you. You are not obliged to give us any data; without an e-mail address you simply can’t join the waitlist.
